February 2019 – CDG Capital Private Equity announced an investment in SCE Chemicals, a leading company manufacturing specialty chemicals, fertilizers and other chemical inputs for industrial clients in Morocco and abroad.

October 2017 – CDG Capital Private Equity has announced its successful exit from Jet Contractors at an investment return of 3.3 money multiple. During the month of October, the investment firm sold the remaining stake of Capmezzanine fund in the company on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.


January 2017 – At an investment return of 4.6 money multiple, CDG Capital Private Equity has announced its successful exit from regional outsourcing company Intelcia, in favor of Altice group, a multinational group operating in telecommunications, content and media.

Décembre 2014 – CDG CAPITAL PRIVATE EQUITY a cédé JUICE AND NECTAR PARTNERS (JNP), dernier investissement du Fonds Accès Capital Atlantique Maroc S.A (ACAMSA).


Octobre 2014 –  Le Fonds ACAMSA a cédé la totalité de sa participation (66,67%) dans le capital de la société Sanash Sécurité, détenue depuis mars 2005 par le Fonds.
